Welcome to Kinderland! By visiting our play space, you agree to these simple terms:

Safety First

Kinderland is designed for joyful, safe play—but active play always comes with risks. Caregivers must supervise their children at all times. Kinderland is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of play equipment or lack of caregiver supervision.

Conduct and Courtesy

We believe in kindness and respect. Guests must follow these rules:

Only adults accompanying a child may enter Kinderland.
Play nicely—no roughhousing, bullying, or disrespectful behavior.
There is absolutely no food allowed inside of the play area at any time.
Children must be free of any communicable or contagious illness.

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if these guidelines are not followed.

Age Guidelines

The Toddler Area is designed for children 24 months and under. Older children (including siblings) are not allowed in this area.
Kinderland is designed for kids ages 8 and under. Adults and children older than 8 are welcome to join and play with younger children, however, they may only use equipment while assisting a younger child.
Adults are not allowed on any ride-on toys!!!

Grip Socks Policy

Kinderland is a no-shoes, socks-only space.
Grip socks are required for kids and any socks for adults in the play area.
Shoes must be worn whenever leaving the play area, in order to maintain cleanliness inside the play area upon reentry.

Supervision & Safety

Caregivers are completely responsible for the well-being and behavior of their minor child while on the Kinderland premises, the Party Space or other Kinderland property.
Caregivers must remain present at all times.

Cancellations and Refunds

Memberships and passes are non-refundable but can be transferred or gifted with approval from Kinderland management.
In the rare case Kinderland closes due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative dates or credit options.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of our Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Kinderland, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, claims, actions, demands, damages incurred by or asserted against the Indemnified Parties by reason of the acts, omissions or negligence of the Client, its guests, employees, agents or independent contractors, arising out of or in any way connected with these Terms and Conditions, except when directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Indemnified Parties.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
